2 Dips & Veggies

This is a delicious plate with 2 dips that are perfect for winter days. In addition to the raw, and warm, creamy pudding on one side of the plate, there is also a green spinach sauce, all served with delicious vegetables. 🥗👌

And here’s the recipe for the spinach sauce:


  • 3.5 oz / 100 g of spinach
  • 1 tablespoon arugula
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 0.5 oz / 15 g of flax seeds
  • 0.5 oz / 15 g of sunflower seeds
  • 1 lime or 1/2 lemon


  • Soak the seeds in clean water, ideally for 8 hours.
  • Rinse the seeds.
  • Peel the zucchini.
  • Wash the spinach and arugula.
  • Dry the spinach and arugula using the salad spinner.
  • Squeeze the juice of one lime or half a lemon.
  • Put all the ingredients in a blender.
  • Blend all ingredients into a thick green sauce.
  • Serve the warm and creamy pudding on one side of a plate and the green spinach sauce on the other side, all along with some chopped vegetables of your choice.
