Meet Your Host

Marina from Health Glows is a certified raw vegan diet and healthy lifestyle coach, who has been professionally coaching people on how to achieve a high level of true HEALTH through educated dietary and lifestyle choices since 2012.

Marina’s videos, recipes, books, online courses, workshops and retreats have reached thousands and thousands of satisfied followers of Marina’s work.

Marina has been a guest speaker, raw vegan chef, yoga and fitness instructor at numerous festivals and events around the world.

As a persistent and loud voice of HEALTH since 2012, Marina’s work has attracted the attention of the media as well.

Marina sa a Yoga Teacher

In 2014, Marina did her Yoga Teacher Training at the yoga school YOGEA in New York City.

In addition to finishing the yoga teacher training, Marina also served as a photo model and yoga instructor for the YOGEA yoga school and their YouTube channel.

In the following years, Marina has been actively and regularly teaching yoga both in a yoga studio in her home country of Serbia, and at various festivals and retreats in various countries around the world, including Croatia, Denmark, England, Thailand, Dubai and the US.

In this way, Marina has gained a wealth of experience in teaching yoga to students with different levels of physical fitness and different goals in the field of strength, flexibility and fitness.

Marina’s focus of attention is always to construct her classes so that they are effective and efficient in guiding the students towards achieving their desired goal.

In addition to teaching yoga, Marina has been a yoga model for many iStock photographers since 2013.
